Chica Hermosa Posts: 307 Group: VIP Member #3 Joined: December 27, 2006	Credits: Photoshop Buddy STEP 1: Start by opening and image of a boy. Posted Image STEP 2: Clone the face area using clone stamp tool. Posted Image STEP 3: Insert an image of a monkey. We will replace boy's face with monkey's. Posted Image STEP 4: Knock out the background by creating selection using lasso tool. Posted Image STEP 5: Click add vector mask button from the bottom of the layer palette. Posted Image STEP 6: With black as a foreground color, select a brush with feathered brush setting and apply on unwanted area. That area will be masked out. Posted Image Posted Image STEP 7: Insert a cutout of a hat and place it over the head of monkey. Posted Image STEP 8: As we knockout the background of monkey similarly knockout the background of boy layer. Insert any interesting background and move the layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette. Posted Image
